Camillo Companies announced today the launch of its new homebuyer incentive, the Next Move Program. Available exclusively for SimplyHome residents, the program features special offers when buyers purchase a home with Legend Homes.

The Next Move Program is a special incentive package offered by Camillo Companies through its respective rental and retail brands, SimplyHome and Legend Homes. Participants can effortlessly transition from leasing a SimplyHome residence to owning a Legend Home thanks to four key benefits*:
- Flexible Lease Dates: Renters can terminate their lease before it expires without incurring fees, which can account for an average of up to $4,000 in savings.
- 10% Rent Payback: SimplyHome residents can receive 10% of the rent they’ve paid on their SimplyHome residence (up to $5,000) to use toward the purchase of a Legend Home.
- $15,000 in Closing Costs: Renters can receive up to $15,000 toward closing costs on the purchase of a new Legend Home when they use a preferred lender.
- Down Payment Assistance: Qualified SimplyHome residents can also access down payment assistance programs when they use a preferred lender.
SimplyHome renters can immediately take advantage of the program. Benefits are available to renters who have lived in a SimpyHome residence for at least 30 days and are only available to qualified homebuyers.
